左西孟旦联合环磷酸腺苷葡胺对老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究左西孟旦联合环磷酸腺苷葡胺对老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择80例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机均分为2组。对照组给予环磷酸腺苷葡胺治疗,观察组加用左西孟旦治疗。比较2组心功能和血清炎症因子的改变情况。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的左心室舒张期末内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩期末内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)均明显改善,且观察组改善更明显(P<0.05);2组治疗后的血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平均明显降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论与单独应用环磷酰胺比较,左西孟旦联合环磷酸腺苷葡胺可通过进一步降低老年慢性心力衰竭患者的炎症水平,改善患者的心功能,提高治疗效果。 Objective To study the effect of levosimendan combined with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate on cardiac function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate alone,while the observation group was treated with levosimendan extrally.The changes of cardiac function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).LVEDD,6MWT,LVEF and LVEDD were significantly improved in both groups,especially in the observation group (P<0.05).The serum hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and NT-proBNP levels in both groups were significantly decreased,especially in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Leosimendan combined with meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate could further reduce the inflammation level in elderly patients with chronic heart failure,improve the patient’s heart function and therapeutic effect.
