全髋关节置换术患者出院准备度与出院指导质量现状及相关性研究

Study on the status quo and correlation between discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty

目的通过对全髋关节置换术患者的出院准备度及出院指导质量现状进行分析,探讨两者的相关性。方法选取行全髋关节置换术的患者125例为研究对象,对患者的基本资料、出院准备度量表和出院指导质量量表进行问卷调查研究。结果患者出院准备度总分(160.63±29.50)分,条目平均得分为(7.42±1.39)分;出院指导质量总分(186.63±33.78)分;出院指导质量条目均分(7.78±1.72)分。髋关节置换患者出院准备度与出院指导质量呈正相关(P<0.001)。结论行髋关节置换术患者出院准备度和出院指导质量处于中等水平,医护人员应该对其进行全方位指导,从而利于患者早日恢复,降低并发症的发生率和促进病人的身体健康。

Objective To analyze the current situation of discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality of total hip arthroplasty (THA) patients,and to explore the correlation between them.Methods A total of 125 patients with THA were selected.The basic data of patients,discharge readiness scale and discharge guidance quality scale were investigated by questionnaires.Results The total score of discharge readiness of the patients was 160.63±29.50,and the average score was 7.42±1.39.The total score of discharge guidance quality was 186.63±33.78.The quality score of discharge guidance were 7.78±1.72.The discharge readiness of THA patients was positively correlated with discharge instruction quality (P<0.001).Conclusion The discharge readiness and discharge guidance quality of patients with THA are at the middle level,and the medical staff should give all-round guidance,so as to facilitate the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and promote the health of patients.
