摘要
营养支持作为基础治疗手段,是新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者综合治疗措施的核心内容。为了进一步提高COVID-19患者的营养治疗效果,本文结合营养支持相关原则,推荐个体化营养治疗方案,并在实践基础上建立COVID-19患者肠内营养药学服务路径、肠内制剂选择路径,促进药学服务的规范化。
As a basic treatment,nutritional therapy is the core content of comprehensive treatment measures for patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019( COVID-19). This paper aimed to provide recommendations to improve the effect of nutrition therapy among COVID-19 patients. According to the main principles of nutritional support therapy,individualized nutritional therapy was recommended and elaborated for COVID-19 patients in the paper. Based on the practice,a standardized pharmacy services pathway of enteral nutrition( EN) therapy for COVID-19 and a choice of pathway EN preparations was established. Meanwhile,the standardization of pharmaceutical care was improved.
