团体认知行为干预对小儿癫痫患儿父母负性情绪及应对方式的影响

Effects of group cognitive behavioral intervention on negative emotions and copying styles of parents of children with epilepsy

目的:探讨团体认知行为干预对小儿癫痫患儿父母负性情绪及应对方式的影响。方法:选取我院2015年6月-2016年6月年收治的200例癫痫患儿的父母为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组予以常规干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以团体认知行为干预,两组均干预1个月。对比两组患儿父母的负性情绪、应对方式及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=-11.803,-9.977;P<0.05);观察组面对评分明显高于对照组,屈服、回避评分明显低于对照组(t=13.140,-22.588,-13.945;P<0.05);观察组生活质量生理、心理、环境以及社会关系4个领域评分均高于对照组(t=4.372,3.679,4.424,4.470;P<0.05);观察组满意度97.00%,明显高于对照组80.00%(χ~2=14.198,P<0.05)。结论:团体认知行为干预能够有效缓解癫痫患儿父母的负性情绪,改善疾病的应对方式,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of group cognitive behavioral intervention on negative emotions and coping styles of parents of children with epilepsy.Methods:The parents of 200 children with epilepsy treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,100 patients in each group.The control group received the routine intervention,the observation group received the group cognitive behavior intervention besides routine intervention,which lasted 1 month for both groups.The negative emotions,coping styles and the quality of life of the parents of the children in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=-11.803,-9.977;P<0.05);The coping score in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the yield score and avoidance score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=13.140,-22.588,10.556;P<0.05).The scores of life quality,psychology,environment and social relationship in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.372,3.679,4.424,4.470;P<0.05),the satisfication rate of the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(χ~2=14.198,P<0.05).Conclusion:Group cognitive behavior intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of parents of children with epilepsy,improve copying styles and enhance the quality of life.
