Intervention of morita therapy on college students with academic procrastination

摘要 目的:探讨森田疗法对有学业拖延(academic procrastination)的大学生的干预效果。方法:以天津医科大学60名学业拖延大学生为研究对象,随机分为干预组(30名)和对照组(30名);干预组进行4周森田疗法的干预,对照组在相同时间内进行心理健康学习;采用学业拖延问卷拖延评定量表(PASS)、多维完美主义量表(FMPS)、安全感问卷(SQ),评估被试干预前后的学业拖延水平、消极完美主义和安全感水平。结果:经过为期4个周的干预,干预组大学生的学业拖延得分显著低于对照组(t=-9.742,P<0.001);干预组大学生的消极完美主义得分显著低于对照组(t=-3.027,P<0.01);干预组大学生的安全感得分显著高于对照组(t=3.969,P<0.001)。结论:森田疗法能够有效降低大学生的学业拖延行为,值得在高校中推广。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of morita therapy on college students with academic procrastination.Methods:A total of 60 students with academic procrastination in Tianjin medical university were randomly divided into intervention group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The intervention group received 4 weeks of morita therapy,while the control group received mental health education.The students were evaluated by the academic procrastination assessment scale(PASS),multidimensional perfectionism scale(FMPS)and security questionnaire(SQ)before and after the intervention.Results:The scores of college students in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(t=-9.742,P<0.001).The score of negative perfectionism of college students in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention(t=-3.02,P<0.01).The safety score of college students in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group after the intervention(t=3.969,P<0.001).Conclusion:Morita therapy can effectively reduce the academic procrastination behavior of college students,and it is worth to be popularized in college practice.
