摘要
以阴离子型P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳液作为高盐沙地固沙剂为例,考察了不同的固化温度对材料固沙效果的影响;进一步研究了在不同盐含量的条件下,P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳液与沙粒的吸附行为。另外,对浸泡不同浓度盐水后,P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)膜的表面形貌及力学性能进行了研究;并通过将P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳液与不同浓度盐溶液混合,待固化成膜后,对膜的表面形貌及力学性能的进行了详细测定。实验结果表明,P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳胶膜与盐溶液的作用不会影响其固沙效果。而当NaCl与P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳液混合成膜后,NaCl晶体会严重破坏乳胶膜的连续相,使膜的力学性能下降,影响固沙效果,即证实了乳液在高盐沙地固沙的作用机理不同于在不含盐沙地固沙的固沙机理,并阐明了P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)乳液用于高盐沙地固沙的作用机理。
Firstly,the effects of different curing temperatures on the sand fixing effect of anionic P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)emulsion for high salty desert were investigated.Subsequently,the adsorption behaviors between P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)emulsion and sand particles under different salt content were further investigated.At the same time,surface morphology and mechanical properties of P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS) films after immersion in different concentration NaCl solution were investigated.And then,the surface morphology and mechanical properties of the films by mixing P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)emulsion with different concentration of salt solution were also measured.The experimental results showed that NaCl would not affect sand fixation effect of P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS) latex film.However,when NaCl and P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS) emulsion were mixed and changed into film,the NaCl crystal seriously damaged the continuous phase of latex film,which would reduce the mechanical properties of the film and reduce the sand fixing effect.It was confirmed that the mechanism of sand fixation in high salt sand was different from the sand fixing mechanism in sand free sand,and the mechanism of P(VAc-DBM-AA-SSS)emulsion used in high salty desert consolidation was clarified.
