校企合作卓越工程师“工学交替实训”教学模式研究——以石河子大学农业水利工程专业卓越工程师班为例

“工学交替实训”是卓越工程师教育培养计划的核心教学环节。文章在深入分析“工学交替实训”教学现状及存在问题的基础上,全面构建了适合石河子大学农业水利工程专业卓越工程师班的“六环节见习技术员工学交替实训”教学模式和“八环节见习工程师工学交替实训”教学模式。研究成果对于如何提高“工学交替实训”教学环节的教学质量,提高学生的实践能力和创新思维能力,以及对高校今后人才培养模式具有一定的理论价值和现实意义。

"Alternating practice training of work and study"is the core teaching link of the Program for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems in the teaching link of"alternating practice training of work and study",the paper has constructed a teaching mode suitable for the"alternating practice training of work and study"of the outstanding engineer class of agricultural water conservancy engineering in Shihezi University.The teaching mode includes"six links alternating practice training of work and study of technician trainee"and"eight links alternating practice training of work and study of student engineer".The research results have certain theoretical value and practical significance for how to improve the teaching quality of the teaching link of"alternating practice training of work and study",for improving the students'practical ability and innovative thinking ability,for talent training mode in colleges and universities in the future.
