基于创新创业理念的本科生“1+n”导师制培养模式的探索与构建

本科生导师制是践行创新创业教育理念的有效途径,文章在充分分析导师制研究概况,及“1+n导师制”培养模式实施意义的基础上,结合我校应用化学专业的实际情况和专业特点,探索并初步构建了“基于创新创业教育理念的本科生‘1+n导师制’培养模式”,其中的“n”赋予了导师制更大的灵活性,有利于因材施教,有利于学生创新精神和创业技能的培养。

The tutorial system for undergraduate students is an effective way to practice the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the research overview of the tutorial system and the significance of the"1+n tutorial system"training mode,combined with the actual situation and professional characteristics of the applied chemistry major in our university,this paper explores and initially constructs the"1+n tutorial system"training mode.The"n"gives the tutor system more flexibility,which is conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and to the cultivation of students'innovative spirit and entrepreneurial skills.
