基于TQM理论的地方外语类高校学分制管理体系构建研究

一直以来,我国高校教育教学管理体系的改革和创新就在不断进行着,而近几年学分制已经逐渐成为了高校教学管理体系中十分重要的一个环节,学分制是一个十分复杂的系统化工程,而如何提高高校学分制管理的质量,保证高校教育教学管理体系的有序建设和进行是很多高校一直以来研究和关心的重点,而这其中地方外语高校更是如此,因此在这种情况下,高校尝试引入TQM理论,并且基于TQM理论来研究地方外语高校如何更好地实现学分制的管理模式,如何真正地以教学质量为核心创建以人为本,全面改进,不断提高,真正有保证的量化管理体系,而这也是文章研究的重点。

For a long time,the reform and innovation of the management system of higher education and teaching in our country have been going on constantly,the credit system in recent years has gradually become the college teaching is an important part of the management system,credit system is a complicated systematic project,and how to improve the quality of university credit system management,guarantee the construction of the education of colleges and universities teaching management system and conduct is that many colleges and universities has been the focus of the research and care,which places especially foreign language universities,therefore,in this case,colleges and universities try to introduce TQM theory,and based on the TQM theory to study how to better implement of the local foreign language universities How can the management mode of credit system truly take teaching quality as the core to create a people-oriented,comprehensive improvement,continuous improvement,and truly guaranteed quantitative management system,which is also the focus of this paper。
