基于大数据的地方本科高校应用型人才培养体系改革研究

地方本科高校进行应用型人才培养是国家在经济结构转型升级和产业结构深刻调整背景下做出的战略决策与部署,是响应国家提出的供给侧改革在人才培养方面的具体体现。文章基于大数据分析,按照社会行业产业发展需求,确定高校各专业人才培养目标,构建基于产出导向的应用型人才培养体系。从理论层面研究地方本科高校应用型人才培养规律;从实践层面探索应用型人才培养的有效路径,提高人才培养质量,为区域经济和社会发展服务。

The training of applied talents in local undergraduate colleges and universities is a strategic decision and deployment made by the state under the background of economic restructuring and upgrading and profound adjustment of industrial structure.It is also a concrete manifestation of talent training in response to the supply-side reform proposed by the state.Based on big data analysis,according to the needs of the development of social industries,this paper determines the training objectives of various professional talents in colleges and universities,and builds an output-oriented application-oriented talent training system.It also studies the training law of applied talents in local undergraduate universities from the theoretical level,explores the effective path of application-oriented personnel training from the practical level,improves the quality of personnel training,and serves the regional economic and social development.
