现代学徒制视角北海贝雕(非遗)人才培养策略研究——以桂林电子科技大学北海校区为例

现代学徒制具有现代学校教育的特点与优势,同时也继承了传统学徒制师傅带徒弟的传统特点,这一制度实现了现代学校教育与传统学徒培训的有效结合。文章主要研究在现代学徒制的指导下北海贝雕人才培养的策略,提出如下几点:建议当地贝雕企业与高校建立合作,成立高校贝雕大师工作室或将合作贝雕企业搬进校园,同时结合高校人才培养模式,整合学校和企业资源,运用现代学徒制的培养方式、运用现代高校教学优势和手段、运用现代教育教学信息技术对学生进行综合选拔和培养的贝雕人才培养策略。

The modern apprenticeship system achieves the combination of traditional apprenticeship and modern college education.This paper mainly studies the strategies of how to cultivate the Beihai Shells carving talents in the university from the view of Modern Apprentices,involving cooperating of local university and local company,establishing master studio or micro company of Shells Carving in the university,combining the training mode of talents in colleges and universities,integrating the resources of schools and enterprises,using the training methods of modern apprenticeship,using the teaching advantages and means of modern colleges and universities,using the information technology of modern education and teaching to train the talents of Shells Carving.
