课程思政下高职金融专业协同育人路径与措施 被引量:10

摘要 以课程为载体、以课堂教学为主渠道、以隐性教育为主要方式对学生进行思想政治教育是加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的方向。结合我国高等教育事业发展的战略方向、高职金融专业人才培养定位以及学生职业能力和职业素养的构成,剖析当前高职金融专业协同育人过程存在的问题。提出建构校企协同育人和各课程体系间协同育人两大路径,实施充分挖掘思政内涵、创新教学方法及手段、提高教师育德水平、科学制定评价标准等具体方案的建议。 Taking curriculum as carrier,classroom teaching as main channel and recessive education as main way to carry out ideological and political education for students is the direction to strengthen the talent training of higher vocational education.Combined with the strategic direction of the development of higher education in China,the training orientation of financial professionals in higher vocational colleges,and the composition of students'professional ability and professional quality,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of collaborative education of financial majors in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward two ways to construct the school-enterprise cooperative education and the cooperative education among the curriculum systems,and puts forward some concrete proposals,such as fully excavating the ideological and political connotation,innovating the teaching methods and means,improving the level of teachers'moral education,and scientifically formulating the evaluation standards.
