归芍地黄丸治疗围绝经期综合征的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Guishao Dihuang Pills in Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome

目的观察归芍地黄丸联合常规西药治疗围绝经期综合征的效果及对激素水平的影响。方法选取94例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合归芍地黄丸治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、改良更年期综合征量表(Kupperman)评分、中医症候评分、激素水平、不良反应发生率等指标。结果观察组总有效率为89.36%(42/47),高于对照组72.34%(34/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Kupperman评分为(10.20±2.21)分、中医症候评分(3.45±1.32)分,低于对照组(15.12±2.98)分、(5.11±1.34)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组促卵泡生成激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)为(32.91±5.34)U·L^-1、促黄体生成激素(luteinizing hormone,LH)为(18.38±3.98)U·L^-1,低于对照组(40.09±5.18)、(23.12±4.21)U·L^-1,雌二醇(E2)指标水平(27.23±3.94)ng·L^-1,高于对照组(24.12±3.86)ng·L^-1,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为14.89%(7/47),对照组为8.51%(4/47),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论归芍地黄丸联合常规西药治疗围绝经期综合征的效果良好,能够改善患者的症状评分及雌激素水平,且安全性良好。

Objective To study the effect of Guishao Dihuang pill combined with conventional western medicine on perimenopausal syndrome and its effect on hormone level.Methods 94 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Guishao Dihuang Pill on this basis.The clinical efficacy,Kupperman scale,TCM symptom score,hormone level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 89.36%(42/47)in the observation group and 72.34%(34/47)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,Kupperman score and TCM symptom score in the observation group[(10.20±2.21)scores,(3.45±1.32)scores]were lower than those in the control group[(15.12±2.98)scores,(5.11±1.34)scores],and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Follicular stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group[(32.91±5.34)U·L^-1,(18.38±3.98)U·L^-1]were lower than those in the control group[(40.09±5.18)U·L^-1,(23.12±4.21)U·L^-1]after treatment,while estradiol(E2)was(27.23±3.94)ng·L^-1 lower than those in the control group(24.12±3.86)ng·L^-1(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 14.89%(7/47)in the observation group and 8.51%(4/47)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Guishao Dihuang Pills combined with conventional western medicine has a good effect on the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,which can improve the patient’s symptom score and estrogen level,and has good safety.
