吗啡基因多态性研究文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis on the Study of Morphine Gene Polymorphisms

目的:对吗啡基因多态性的研究现状进行分析,为今后有关吗啡基因多态性的研究及临床个体化用药提供参考。方法:以Web of Science核心合集、中国知网(CNKI)为检索平台,搜集有关吗啡基因多态性研究的文献,检索时限均从建库至2019年10月14日。以文献计量学的方法分析相关文献在国家/地区、作者、来源出版物、年发文量、年引文量、机构及引用排名前十的情况;采用HistCite、CiteSpace等软件分别对检索到的英文文献及中文文献进行分析,生成引证关系图和关键词共现时区图。结果:在Web of Science核心合集中共检索到英文文献3 414篇,其中年发文量以2010年最多,占总数的5.15%;年引文数以2012年最多,占总数的7.64%,h-index为146;发文最多的作者共发表了59篇文章;发文最多的国家为美国,占总数的44.25%;发文最多的机构为明尼苏达大学(111篇);在CNKI中检索到中文文献共667篇,其中2005年发文最多为53篇。结论:有关吗啡基因多态性的相关研究进展迅速,我国对于吗啡基因多态性的研究虽然起步较早,但前期进展缓慢,近年发展迅速且成果显著。

Objective:To analyze the research status of morphine gene polymorphisms, which provides a reference for the future research of morphine gene polymorphisms. Methods:The SCI database Web of Science and China Knowledge Network(CNKI) were searched to collect each of literature on morphine gene polymorphisms from inception to October 14, 2019. The relevant literature was analyzed by the method of bibliometrics in countries/regions, authors, source publications, annual publications and annual citations, organization and the top ten cited documents. Using the visual citation analysis software HistCite and CiteSpace to analyze the English and Chinese documents respectively, and generate the citation map and the keyword co-occurrence area view. Results:A total of 3 414 English documents were retrieved in the SCI database Web of Science, with the largest number of annual publications in 2010, accounting for 5.15% of the total;the number of annual citations was the highest in 2012, accounting for 7.64% of the total, and h-index was 146. The most published author had published 59 articles. The countries with the largest number of publications are the United States accounting for 44.25% of the total, the institutions with the largest number of publications were the University of Minnesota(111). 667 Chinese documents were retrieved in CNKI. The maximum number of articles issued in 2005 was 53.Conclusion:The research on morphine gene polymorphisms is progressing rapidly. Although the research on morphine gene polymorphisms in China started earlier, the progress in the early stage is slow, but it has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results in recent years.
