摘要
ERP系统在G省大型企业中得到了广泛应用,并起到了良好效果提高了企业的管理水平,优化了企业业务流程,增强了企业市场竞争力。在财务管理中,ERP的应用还存在诸多急需解决的问题。基于此,概况总结存在的问题,并从五个方面进行了改进对策研究,为G省大型企业财务管理中ERP系统的有效应用提供一定的依据。
The ERP system has been widely used in large-scale enterprises in Province G,and has played a good effect to improving the management level of the enterprise,optimizing the business process of the enterprise,and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.In financial management,there are still many urgent problems to be solved in the application of ERP.Based on this,the summary summarizes the existing problems and conducts improvement countermeasure research from five aspects,which provides a certain basis for the effective application of the ERP system in the financial management of large enterprises in Province G.
