摘要
本文主要研究的是如何搭建一个伺服控制系统平台,将系统中各个设备进行网络化连接,实现纵向和横向的集成。网络技术采用了现在普遍存在的现场总线技术及以后大力发展的以太网技术。通过构建一个半闭环的交流伺服控制系统,将执行器、传感器、控制器等集成在一起,实现实验平台的纵向集成。通过对系统的通信组建、二维平面的点动、回零、定位和速度功能调试,验证了系统的可行性。
This paper mainly studies how to build a servo control system platform to network the various devices in the system to achieve vertical and horizontal integration.The network technology adopts the field bus technology which is ubiquitous now and the Ethernet technology which develops vigorously later.By constructing a semi-closed loop AC servo control system,the longitudinal integration of the experimental platform is realized by integrating actuator,sensor and controller.The feasibility of the system is verified through the communication construction of the system,the function debugging of the two dimensional plane's starting,returning to zero,positioning and speed.
