高职院校数控车削实训教学中提高加工质量方法的探析

Analysis on the Methods of Improving Machining Quality in NC Turning Training Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

车削加工质量是车削加工过程中出现的必然现象,可以采取措施保证,而没有办法消除它;掌握车削加工质量的主要影响因素,结合在实际操作数控机床加工零件过程的经验,介绍了通过保证对刀精度和合理确定工艺参数两种提高车削加工质量的方法,供广大的数控机床操作者参考。

Turning quality is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of turning.Measures can be taken to ensure it,but there is no way to eliminate it,based on the experience of operating the numerical control parts,this paper introduces two methods of improving the quality of turning by ensuring the precision of tool setting and determining the technological parameters reasonably,which can be referred by the operators of numerical control machine tools.
