摘要
详细地叙述了带冷板的T/R组件高温环境试验所需收集的信息和实施过程中的注意事项,探讨了一种T/R组件的试验方法。并举例说明了该方法在工程实际中的具体应用。该方法也可以推广到其他带有冷却系统的产品的环境与可靠性试验中,具有一定的工程实用价值。
The information required for high temperature environmental testing of T/R modules with cold plates and the precautions during implementation are described in detail.And a test method for T/R modules is outlined.And the specific application of the method in engineering practice is illustrated with an example.This method can also be extended to the environmental and reliability tests of the products with cooling system,and has certain engineering practical value.
