摘要
参数化建模在结构件中应用广泛,但在电子元器件中应用不足。运用参数化驱动技术对系列化电子元器件进行参数化建模,并通过参数建立与材料库之间的关系,利用目录编辑器生成赋有材料属性的电子元器件三维模型库,方便在数字样机中调用电子元器件的三维模型开展结构设计和仿真分析,极大地提高了设计效率,缩短了产品的研制周期。
Parametric modeling is widely used in structural parts,but insufficiently applied in electronic components.The parametric modeling for serialized electronic components is carried out by using parametric driving technique,and by establishing the relationship between material library through parameters,the 3 D model library of electronic components with material attributes is generated by catalog editor,which is convenient to call the threedimensional model of electronic components in the digital prototype to carry out structural design and simulation analysis,and greatly improves the design efficiency and shortens the product development period.
