摘要
为了保护儿童的安全和健康,世界各国对玩具安全均制定了严格的法律法规和标准,而且近年来国际上对玩具安全的要求日趋严格,玩具安全性能的检测显得尤为重要。动能测试仪是一种用于测试弹射玩具功能大小的仪器。从动能测试仪的测试原理出发,分析了校准此类仪器的关键参数,提出了一种简便的动能测试仪校准方法,其克服了以往校准方法的缺点,使得此类动能测试仪的校准变得简单、快捷而准确,从而提高了工作效率,在实际的校准工作中得到了很好的应用。
In order to protect children’s safety and health, all countries in the world have established strict laws and regulations and standards for toy safety, and in recent years, the international requirements for toy safety have become more and more strict, so it is very important to test toy safety performance. Kinetic energy tester is an instmment used to test the kinetic energy of projectile toys. Based on the working principle of kinetic energy tester, the key parameters for calibrating such instruments are analyzed. And a simple calibration method for kinetic energy tester is proposed. It overcomes the shortcomings of the previous calibration methods and makes the calibration of such kinetic energy testers become simple, fast and accurate, thus improving the working efficiency and getting good application in practical calibration work.
