用于传染病治疗的体征远程监测系统设计

摘要 体温、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度和血压等生命体征信息的获取,是医务人员临床护理的主要内容,也是医生判断患者病情、及时给出进一步治疗方案的重要依据。针对传染病防治中对非接触体征测量的需求,设计了一款体征远程监测系统,采用基于Lora无线传输的传感网络,可实现多监测节点自动组网,具有远程无接触自动测量、布设简便等特点,可为医疗场所尤其是如方舱医院等应急医院实现患者体征实时监测提供有效的手段,具有宽广的使用价值。 The acquisition of vital signs such as body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood oxygen saturation,and blood pressure is the main content of clinical nursing for medical staff,and also the important basis for doctors to judge patients’condition and provide further treatment plan in time.In order to meet the needs of non-contact physical signs measurement in infectious disease prevention and control,a remote physical signs monitoring system is designed.The automatic networking of multiple monitoring nodes can be realized by sensor network based on Lora wireless transmission,which has the characteristics of remote non-contact automatic measurement and simple layout.It can provide an effective means for real-time monitoring of patients’physical signs in medical places,especially in emergency hospitals such as the shelter hospital,and has a wide use value.
