分析某钢企现有二条炉卷轧机生产线的布置形式和工艺特点及设备组成。根据钢企的搬迁改造需求,将两条生产线充分利用,设计出三种工艺布置方案,分析每个方案的工艺特点,选定最合理经济的作为改造方案。

The paper presents three process arrangement plans for two Steckel mills of a steelmaker that will be moved to the new site on the basis of the arrangement, process characteristics and equipment of the Steckel mills. In consideration of the steelmaker’s requirement on the renovation and full use of the two Steckel mills, the paper studies the three plans and select the most reasonable and economic one.
