介绍炭素制品同步自动剪切机的结构组成,阐述同步自动剪切机的生产工艺,推导同步自动剪切机传动机构的数学模型,通过建立仿真模型,根据生产数据设定模型参数,将仿真与实验数据对比,得出设备的动态响应特性,并验证数学模型的正确性。
The paper describes the structure and operation of synchronized automatic shears for carbon products and derive the mathematical model of the drive mechanism. The comparison of the result from the simulation model that is set up with production data to the experimental result delivers the dynamic response characteristics of the shear and verifies the correctness of the model.
