在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定方法及应用

摘要 在压力容器制造运行中存在产生多种裂纹和材质脆化的倾向,准确评价裂纹缺陷对压力容器的影响可以正确判定其是否可继续使用。为了更好地对含裂纹型缺陷压力容器进行适用性评价而研究API579和GB/T 19624-2019的裂纹评定过程。以具体裂纹为研究对象,对两种评定方法进行应用,该分析评定过程可为今后的工程应用提供参考。 Various cracking and material embrittlement tends to occur on pressure vessels during the manufacture and operation. Accurate evaluation of the influence of cracking on pressure vessels can determine correctly whether cracked pressure vessels could stay in service. The paper studies how AP1579 and GB/T 19624-2019 evaluate crack-like flaws in order to assess the competency of cracked pressure vessels more accurately. The evaluation of a specific crack-like flaw as an example performed in the paper can be a reference for future engineering applications.
