B1500HS钢热冲压成形过程中淬火冷速研究

摘要 以B1500HS钢为研究对象,对该钢种在热冲压成形过程中不同变形量、不同温度下的关键工艺参数—临界淬火冷却速度进行分析。采用Gleeble3500热模拟试验机模拟B1500HS钢在不同变形量下的热冲压过程,并进行组织观察和力学性能检测,得到试验钢热冲压温度、冷却速度与力学性能之间的关系,绘制出应变量-温度-淬火临界冷速图,为制定热冲压工艺提供数据支持。 The paper takes B1500HS steel as research object to analyze critical quenching cooling rate, a key technological parameter, at different deformation amount and different temperature during hot stamping process. Gleeble 3500 thermal simulation tester is used to simulate the hot stamping process of B1500HS steel at different deformation amount and metallographic tests and mechanical property tests are performed on the steel to obtain the relationship of the hot stamping temperature and cooling rate with mechanical properties of the steel for establishment of the strain-temperature-critical quenching cooling rate diagram. This supports the setup of hot stamping processes with data.
