三枚LVIS支架辅助弹簧圈填塞治疗儿童椎-基底动脉大动脉瘤一例

A case of three LVIS stent-assisted coil for large vertebrobasilar artery aneurysm in a child

儿童椎-基底动脉大动脉瘤在临床上比较少见,神经介入治疗是其有效的治疗手段之一,而多支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞儿童椎-基底动脉大动脉瘤在临床上应用较少,其手术难度及风险性相对较大。作者总结1例3枚支架(LVIS支架)辅助弹簧圈栓塞治疗儿童椎-基底动脉大动脉瘤的病史、影像学资料及介入治疗过程等临床资料,并结合相关文献复习分析其诊治体会。

Vertebrobasilar artery aneurysms in children is relatively rare.Endovascular treatment is one of the effective treatment methods.Multi-stent assisted coil embolization in children with large vertebrobasilar arte aneurysms is rare,which is more complicated and dangerous compared with this operation in adults.The medical history,imaging data,and the process of interventional treatment from a child with large vertebrobasilar artery aneurysm treated with three LVIS stent-assisted coil were summarized,and the experience of diagnosis and treatment combined with relevant literature review was demonstrated.
