浅谈某半潜式钻井平台极地作业改装设计

Polar Operation Modification Design of Semi-submersible Drilling Unit

相比于普通海域作业,在极地寒冷区域作业对海洋工程装备提出了更高的要求。本文简要介绍了我司承接的某半潜式钻井平台为满足在极地寒冷区域作业要求而进行改装设计。其主要改装内容包括:提升平台吊机的吊运能力;扩容生活区;更换发电机组;增加防寒功能;达到零排放要求等。确保平台在极地寒冷区域能够正常作业,满足相关规定。

Compared with the ordinary sea area operation,the operation in the polar cold area puts forward higher requirements for marine engineering equipment.This paper introduces the modification design of a semisubmersible drilling unit in order to meet the operational requirements of polar cold areas.The main contents of the modification include increasing the lifting capacity of the platform crane,expanding and transforming living area,replacing the generator set,increasing the cold protection function,meeting the zero emission requirements,so as to ensure the normal operation of the platform in the polar cold area and meet the relevant regulations.
