摘要
本文以华南船机450 tX108 m门式起重机总装为载体,介绍超大型门式起重机总装的关键技术方案。通过优化总装提升方案,克服了设备有限、场地狭小对总装的影响,利用厂内现有资源优化土建方案,有效降低总装土建成本,缩短了总装周期。
This paper takes the general assembly of the 450 t x108 m gantry crane manufactured by South China Ship Machinery Company Limited as an example to introduce the key technical scheme of general assembly of very large shipbuilding gantry crane.By optimizing the general assembly lifting scheme,the influence of limited equipment and narrow space on the general assembly is overcome.It utilizes the existing resources in the factory,optimizes the civil construction plan,reduces the civil construction cost for general assembly and shortens the general assembly cycle of the crane.
