海洋安全委员会第87次会议通过了MSC.1/Circ.1343通函《船舶建造档案中应包括内容的导则》,导则要求满足GBS建造标准的散货船或油船,在其整个服役期内必须在船上或岸上配有船舶设计和建造的详尽资料。解读关于船舶建造档案的新规定,对于了解新造船舶受到的影响,以及造船企业、船东和船级社所需要采取的应对措施有巨大的帮助。

The Maritime Safety Committee,at its eighty-seventh session,approved the MSC.1/Circ.1343 on Guidelines for the information to be included in a Ship Construction File,the Guidelines require the bulk carriers and oil tankers meet the goal-based ship construction standards should be provided with the ship design and construction files,and the files should be kept on board the ship and/or ashore throughout the ship’s service.The interpretation of SCF is of great help to understand the effect for the new building ship and the countermeasures needed by shipyards,ship owners and classification societies.
