甘孜州特殊的地理条件和人文环境造就了丰富的旅游资源,甘孜州政府因地制宜大力发展旅游扶贫,走绿色发展道路。在此背景下,有必要对甘孜州旅游资源的保护现状进行全面审视,尤其是法律保护机制更加值得重视,对其存在的问题加以分析,进而结合州情对甘孜州旅游资源的法律保护制度提出切实可行的建议。

The unique geographical environment and humanity environment in Ganzi Prefecture bring abundant tourism resources there.The government of Ganzi Prefecture has actively alleviated poverty through tourism and led a green development path according to local conditions.Under such a background,the author puts up suggestions on the establishment of legal protection system of tourism resources in Ganzi Prefecture on the basis of the existing problems and Ganzi Prefecture's conditions as well.
