摘要
该研究主要采用访谈法,根据典型取样的原则,选取了四川民族地区的10名特殊教育教师为访谈对象,探究四川民族地区特殊教育教师职业认同的特点及影响因素。研究结果呈现了民族地区特殊教育教师在情感性认同、价值性认同、专业性认同和发展性认同四个维度的多样化特点。特殊教育教师的职业认同受个人、学校和社会诸因素的共同影响,专业培训经历是其中的关键因素。最后,从教师在职培训、师范生培养、营造学校氛围、改善福利待遇和提高社会意识等方面探讨了促进民族地区特殊教育教师职业认同的策略。
Through individual interviews,the study probes into the status quo and influencing factors of special education teachers'professional identity in Sichuan ethnic minority areas.The results indicate that special education teachers'professional identity in ethnic minority areas has the characteristics of diversification in the aspects of emotion identity,value identity,expertise identity and commitment identity.Personal,school and social factors influence special education teachers'professional identity altogether,and training experience is a key factor for it.At last,the study puts forward some suggestions for promoting special education teachers'professional identity,such as improving in-service and preservice training,forming an excellent school atmosphere,increasing welfare benefits,and raising social awareness,etc.
