摘要
为了从少量煤耗测试数据中快速获得准确的煤耗特性曲线,本文采用无量纲化的数据处理方式,首先利用不同容量和类型机组的供电煤耗数据获得通用比煤耗曲线,再利用所求机组2个负荷的供电煤耗数据,通过平移通用比煤耗曲线,使其经过2组煤耗数据得到该机组比煤耗曲线,进而得到供电煤耗-负荷特性曲线。采用这种两点法对15台国内主力燃煤发电机组的设计和试验供电煤耗进行应用验证,结果表明,该方法确定的煤耗特性曲线对煤耗数据的预测偏差在–0.74%~0.65%。
In order to obtain the accurate characteristic curve of coal consumption quickly from a small amount of coal consumption test data,a method to determine the load impacted curve on generation efficiency of coal fired unit by utilizing two sets of data of coal consumption rate for power supply(hereinafter referred to as two-point method)is presented in this work.In this two-point method,dimensionless data of loads and coal consumption rate are adopted,and the general specific coal consumption curve is firstly obtained from units with various capacities and types,and then by translating the general specific coal consumption curve to go through the two sets of data of coal consumption rate,the specific coal consumption rate curve of the target unit is obtained,and the impacted curve of unit load on coal consumption rate for power supply is finally achieved.The two-point method is verified with the design and test coal consumption rates of 15 domestic main coal-fired generating units,and the result shows that the predicted deviation of the two-point method is–0.74%~0.65%.
