恩替卡韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对慢性乙肝患者血清肝纤维化指标的影响

Effect of entecavir combined with reduced glutathione on serum hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的分析恩替卡韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对慢性乙肝患者血清肝纤维化指标的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月本院收治的108例慢性乙肝患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组给予恩替卡韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清肝纤维化指标、肝功能、HBV-DNA转阴率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者血清肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组血清肝纤维化指标、肝功能指标较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);观察组HBV-DNA转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效(98.14%)明显高于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(3.70%)明显低于对照组(14.81%)。结论慢性乙肝患者给予恩替卡韦联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗可显著提升临床疗效,进而改善血清肝纤维化指标及肝功能指标,提升HBV-DNA转阴率,减少不良反应,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect of entecavir combined with reduced glutathione on serum hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 108 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by equidistant random sampling method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with entecavir,while the observation group was treated with entecavir combined with reduced glutathione.The clinical efficacy,serum liver,fibrosis index,liver function,negative rate of HBV-DNA and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum liver fibrosis index and liver function index between the two groups.After treatment,the serum liver fibrosis index and liver function index of the observation group improved significantly compared with the control group.The HBV-DNA negative conversion rate of the observation group increased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group(98.14%)was higher than control group(83.33%)(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.70%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.81%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with reduced glutathione can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of chronic hepatitis B patients,improve serum liver fibrosis index and liver function index,increase the negative rate of HBV-DNA and reduce adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion and application.
