中医推拿手法联合关节松动术对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能的影响

Effect of massage combined with joint loosening on pain degree and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨中医推拿手法联合关节松动术对膝关节骨性关节炎患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能的影响。方法选取本院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者88例,根据随机双盲法分为两组,每组44例。对照组接受关节松动术,观察组在对照组基础上加以中医推拿手法。比较两组患者的膝关节疼痛程度及膝关节功能。结果治疗前,观察组患者步行能力及日常动作能力与对照组比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组步行能力及日常动作能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规关节松动术治疗方案的基础上实行中医推拿手法,有利于减轻膝关节骨性关节炎患者的疼痛程度,并提高患者的膝关节功能,改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of massage combined with joint loosening on pain and knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods 88 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into two groups according to the randomized double-blind method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received joint mobilization, and the observation group was treated with Chinese massage on the basis of the control group. The degree of knee joint pain and knee joint function in the two groups were compared between two groups. Results There was no significant difference in walking ability and daily movement ability between the observation group and the control group before treatment. After treatment, the scores of walking ability and daily movement ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine joint loosening treatment, traditional Chinese medicine massage is helpful to alleviate the pain degree of patients with knee osteoarthritis,consolidate and improve the function of knee joint, and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
