摘要
目的探究脑心通胶囊对原发性高血压治疗的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月在本院接受治疗的原发性高血压患者92例,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=46,使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗)和实验组(n=46,苯磺酸氨氯地平片+脑心通胶囊治疗)。比较两组患者舒张压、收缩压、血管内皮功能、血脂及不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患者舒张压和收缩压比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,实验组舒张压和收缩压明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者内皮素-1、一氧化氮水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者内皮素-1水平均低于治疗前,一氧化氮水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且实验组内皮素-1水平明显低于参照组,一氧化氮明显高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC水平均明显优于参照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论脑心通胶囊辅助治疗原发性高血压效果显著,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To explore the clinical value of Naoxintong capsule in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 92 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=46, treated with amlodipine besylate tablets) and the experimental group(n=46, treated with amlodipine besylate tablets+Naoxintong capsules) according to the random number table method. Diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, vascular endothelial function, blood lipid and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups.After treatment, diastolic and systolic blood pressures in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the levels of endothelin-1 and nitric oxide between the two groups. After treatment, the level of endothelin-1 in both groups was lower than that before treatment, and the level of nitric oxide was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). In addition, the level of endothelin-1 in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the level of nitric oxide was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of HDL-C, LDL-C, TG and TC in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Naoxintong capsule is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension and is worthy of clinical application.
