针灸联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with small needle knife on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探究针灸联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组45例。对照组实施小针刀治疗,观察组实施针灸联合小针刀治疗,比较两组的功能恢复、疼痛评分和临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的77.78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、功能障碍指数(DOI)、下腰痛评分(JOA)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组VAS、DOI和JOA均较治疗前降低,且观察组均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效缓解疼痛,恢复腰部功能,改善生活质量,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 90 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected. According to the different treatment they were divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with small needle knife and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with small needle knife. The functional recovery, pain score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control of 77.78%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in visual pain simulation score(VAS), dysfunction index(DOI), low back pain score(JOA) between the two groups. After treatment, VAS,DOI and JOA in the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with small needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation can effectively relieve pain, restore lumbar function, improve the quality of life, and achieve remarkable results.
