摘要
目的探讨双侧锁定钢板内固定联合缝合锚钉治疗胫骨平台双踝骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年7月于本院就诊的SchatzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折患者68例,根据不同治疗方法将患者分为研究组(n=34)与对照组(n=34)。对照组采用切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组采用双侧锁定钢板内固定联合缝合锚钉治疗,比较两组疗效。结果研究组患者术后1个月血清IGF-1、TGF-β1、BGP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后1个月HSS评分、BBS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后12个月TPA、PA显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双侧锁定钢板内固定联合缝合锚钉治疗胫骨平台双踝骨折的创伤小,患者骨折愈合快,膝关节功能恢复好,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bilateral locking plate internal fixation combined with suture anchor in the treatment of bilateral ankle fracture of tibial plateau. Methods 68 patients with Schartzker Ⅴ and Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January2017 to July 2018 were selected. According to different treatment methods, the patients were divided into study group(n=34) and control group(n=34). The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The study group was treated with bilateral locking plate internal fixation combined with suture anchor. Therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results The serum levels of IGF-1, TGF-beta 1 and BGP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group one month after operation(P<0.05). HSS score and BBS score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group one month after operation(P<0.05). TPA and PA in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group 12 months after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of bilateral locking plate internal fixation combined with suture anchor for bilateral tibial plateau ankle fractures has less trauma, faster fracture healing, better knee function recovery and definite curative effect, which is worthy of promotion.
