碳酸锂联合富马酸喹硫平对双相情感障碍患者疗效的影响

Effect of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine fumarate on the curative effect of patients with bipolar disorder

目的研究碳酸锂联合富马酸喹硫平对双相情感障碍患者疗效的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的60例双相情感障碍患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组应用碳酸锂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合富马酸喹硫平治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状严重程度及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周后,观察组PANSS评分、BRMS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论应用碳酸锂联合富马酸喹硫平治疗双相情感障碍患者,能有效降低症状严重程度,改善躁狂状态,安全性较高,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine fumarate on the efficacy of patients with bipolar disorder. Methods 60 patients with bipolar disorder treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lithium carbonate, and the observation group was treated with quetiapine fumarate on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, severity of symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%) was higher than that of the control group(70.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the PANSS score and BRMS score of the observation group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion The application of lithium carbonate combined with quetiapine fumarate in the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder can effectively reduce the severity of symptoms, improve the manic state, which has high safety and good clinical efficacy, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
