摘要 教育质量的提升诉诸于教师专业素养和学校整体办学水平的提升,教师知识共享在其中发挥着重要作用。采用元分析方法,对我国近十年关于教师知识共享影响因素的30篇量化文献进行整合分析,结果显示共享主体特性、动机因素、人际因素和组织因素都呈现高度的效应量水平,其中共享主体特性是影响共享行为的最重要的因素;不同因素对知识共享的影响程度呈现出显著的群体差异。这种差异会随年代的变化而发生变化,因而教师知识机制是一个动态发展的过程。 The improvement of the quality of education appeals to the improvement of the quality of teacher professional development and the level of school running. Teachers’ knowledge sharing plays an important role in this process. The paper applies meta-analysis method to analyze 30 quantitative literature on the factors affecting teacher knowledge sharing in China in the past ten years. The results show that the characteristics of sharing subjects, motivation factors, interpersonal factors and organizational factors all show a high level of effect size, among which the characteristics of sharing subjects are the most important factors affecting sharing behavior;The influence of different factors on knowledge sharing shows significant group differences. These differences will change through the years, so the mechanism of teachers’ knowledge sharing is a dynamic development process.
