摘要
海洋平台组块陆地完工后,要与导管架完成海上对接安装,组块底部立柱跨距的测量精度至关重要,因此在陆地组块建造期间就要精确控制组块底部立柱跨距。为此提出一种新的立柱跨距测量方法,即同心圆构造拟合法。该方法增加了立柱测量点分布范围和测量点数量,在此基础上运用最小二乘法计算同心圆圆心坐标。该方法保证了立柱测量精度,同时避免了全站仪转站造成的效率低下和转站误差,对于海洋平台立柱精确快速测量具有重要作用。
After the completion of the offshore platform module,the module will be installed on the jacket.The measurement accuracy of the dimensions among module’s bottom columns is very important.Therefore,it is necessary to precisely control the bottom column span during the construction of the module.A new method is introduced in this paper.That is forming and fitting concentric circles method.It can increase the distribution range of measuring points and the number of measuring points.On this basis,the center point can be calculated with least square method.This method can guarantee the center point accuracy and avoid the low efficiency and the error caused by the station transition.It plays an important role in the measurement of offshore platform columns.
