三维模拟手术设计在下颌角截骨整形术前沟通中的应用

Application of 3D simulation operation design in the preoperative communication of mandibular angle osteotomy

目的探讨术前三维设计模拟手术在下颌角截骨整形手术中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年11月接受下颌骨整形术求美者302例,其中184例采用传统沟通方法为传统组,118例采用计算机个性化三维设计模拟辅助沟通为模拟组,记录设计总用时、入院后术前谈话时间、术后求美者满意度、术后求美者对三维设计模拟手术的评价。结果模拟组术前设计总用时为(33.1±9.2)min;传统组和模拟组入院后术前谈话用时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);94.9%求美者认为三维设计模拟手术对就诊过程有所帮助。结论术前采用三维模拟手术辅助沟通的方法对求美者就诊过程有所帮助,对术前谈话耗时无明显影响,对术后满意度有所提高。

Objective To explore the application efficacy of preoperative three-dimensional(3 D)design simulation operation in the mandibular angle osteotomy.Methods Three hundred and two patients underwent mandibular angle osteotomy between January 2018 and November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.In the traditional group,the traditional communication method was performed in184 cases.In the simulation group,the computer personalized 3 D design simulation assist communication was performed in 118 cases.The design total time,preoperative conservation time after hospitalization,postoperative satisfaction and patients’evaluation on 3 D design simulation operation were recorded.Results The preoperative design total time of simulation group was(33.1±9.2)min.There was no statistical difference in preoperative conservation time after hospitalization between both groups(P>0.05).The difference of postoperative satisfaction at 6 months was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).The 3 D design simulation operation was reported helpful to the treatment process of 94.9%patients.Conclusion Preoperative 3 D simulation operation was considered helpful to the patients during the treatment process.There was no significant affect on preoperative conservation time.The postoperative satisfaction was improved.
