摘要
根据三钢炼钢厂一炼钢转炉车间生产的实际情况,从转炉热量平衡角度出发,分析影响低铁耗冶炼的因素,并制定合理的措施,实现转炉稳定的终点控制、炉型控制及消耗控制的目标。
According to the actual situation of the production of NO.1 converter workshop in Sangang Steelmaking Plant,with the perspective of heat balance in the converter,the factors affecting low iron consumption smelting were analyzed,and reasonable measures were made to achieve the goal of stable end point control,furnace type and consumption control of the converter.
