摘要
本文对ICP-OES法测定铥镱混合稀土料液中的氧化镥含量进行了研究,采用基体匹配法消除了基体的干扰,实验确定了仪器最佳工作参数,样品的回收率在99.0%~101.5%,方法精密度(RSD)在1.41%~2.54%,该方法简便,快速准确,满足生产监控要求。
In this paper,the content of Lutetium oxide in Thulium and Ytterbium mixed rare earth material liquid was determined by ICP-OES method,the interference of the matrix was eliminated by matrix matching method,and the optimum working parameters of the instrument were determined by experiment,the recovery rate of the sample was 99.0%-101.5%,and the precision(RSD)of the method was 1.41%-2.54%.
