摘要
破碎岩体在通过含水层时,掘进后由于岩体松散易引起巷道垮冒。根据某矿山岩体性质,提出含水破碎岩体钻注一体超前支护新技术,从施工工艺、掘进工艺、数值模拟稳定性分析等方面阐述了该技术的应用方法。实践表明,该技术能够兼顾超前探水与超前支护作用,降低支护成本,实现破碎岩体巷道安全高效施工。
When the broken rock mass passes through the aquifer,the loose rock mass is easy to cause roadway collapse after driving.According to the rock mass properties of a mine,a new technology of drilling injection integrated advance support for water bearing broken rock mass is put forward,this paper expounds the application method of this technology from the aspects of construction technology,driving technology and stability analysis of numerical simulation.The practice shows that the technology can take into account the role of advance water exploration and advance support,reduce the cost of support,and realize the safe and efficient construction of broken rock roadway.
