摘要
以6312大倾角综采工作面为研究对象,对大倾角工作面液压支架稳定性进行理论分析,并对液压支架稳定性影响因素进行探讨,选择合理液压支架参数。现场应用表明,采用支架稳定措施后,支架下滑、倾倒等不稳定情况得以有效控制,确保了大倾角工作面液压支架的稳定,实现工作面安全、快速回采。
Taking 6312 fully mechanized coal face with large dip angle as the research object,theoretical analysis of the stability of the hydraulic support in the face with large inclination angle,the influencing factors of the stability of the hydraulic support are discussed,choosing reasonable parameters of hydraulic support.Field application shows that,after adopting support stabilization measures,the instability such as sliding and toppling of support can be effectively controlled,ensure the stability of the hydraulic support of the working face with large inclination angle,realize safe and fast mining in working face.
