摘要
以龙泉煤矿4203工作面为研究对象,采用FLAC3D模拟F6断层区域注浆前后围岩变形量和塑性区分布,通过开采前后模拟结果可知,采用注浆加固后,围岩塑性区范围、顶底板位移量有了明显的减小。设计了注浆钻孔、注浆液等参数及施工工艺,注浆加固后板下沉速率逐渐减小,加固围岩取得了良好效果。
Taking the 4203 working face of Longquan coal mine as the research object,FLAC3D is used to simulate the deformation and plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock before and after grouting in F6 fault area,according to the simulation results before and after mining,after grouting reinforcement,the plastic zone of surrounding rock and displacement of roof and floor are obviously reduced.The parameters and construction technology of grouting hole and grouting fluid are designed,after grouting reinforcement,the subsidence rate of slab decreases gradually,good results have been achieved in strengthening surrounding rock.
