Research on Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Daixian of Shanxi Province

党的十九大报告指出,现阶段仍继续以深度贫困县扶贫为重点,保证贫困县全部摘帽,贫困人口脱贫致富,做到脱真贫、真脱贫。该研究实地调研了代县的基本情况,运用问卷调查法,全面了解抽取的样本户的家庭情况,对数据进行分析;结合全面建成小康社会的大背景,分析了其脱贫攻坚中存在的贫困户识别细节工作不够精准、精准帮扶的力量和针对性不足以及产业扶贫长效发展机制不够健全有待完善等问题,并提出了准确了解动态并及时更新、加强帮扶针对性,做到因户因人施策以及深化当地产业发展等措施,为扶贫工作的深入开展提供借鉴。

The report to the 19th National Congress of the COMMUNIST Party of China(CPC)shows that poverty alleviation will continue to focus on poverty-stricken counties at this stage.We will ensure that all poor counties are lifted off their poverty line,and that the poor are lifted out of poverty and become rich.Based on dai county poverty alleviation work,for example,fieldwork dai county′s basic situation,using the method of questionnaire survey,a comprehensive understanding to extract the samples of family situation,analyze the data,combined with the background to build a well-off society in an all-round way,analyzes its crucial in poor identification details to work out of poverty is not enough precise and accurate support strength and lack of pertinence and industry long-term development mechanism for poverty alleviation is not enough to perfect the problems,put forward to accurately understand the dynamic and timely updates,targeted assistance to strengthenbecause households because people and deepen the development of local industry,so as to ensure that dai county precision is more effective to promote poverty alleviation work,And provide reference and guidance for other provinces to carry out poverty alleviation work.
