摘要
以闽东福鼎的栀子为原料,研究了超声辅助乙醇提取栀子黄色素的最优工艺条件。通过单因素试验和正交试验,分析了在超声辅助提取条件下超声功率、提取温度、乙醇浓度、液固比和提取时间等5个影响因素,得出最优超声辅助提取工艺为:超声功率60%,提取温度40℃,乙醇浓度60%,液固比为5∶1,提取时间50min。
In this paper,the optimum conditions of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Gardenia yellow pigment from Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis were studied.Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the influence factors of ultrasonic power,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and extraction time were discussed,the optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction process was as follows:ultrasonic power 60%,extraction temperature 40℃,ethanol concentration 60%,liquid-solid ratio 5∶1,extraction time 50min.
