Application and development of 3D design technology in engineering geology in Northwest Engineering Corporation

摘要 西北院工程地质三维设计发展10余年来,经历4个阶段,自主研发了基于DSI底层建模引擎及“图形+数据”架构的地质三维设计平台ItasCAD,经中国电力规划设计协会组织评审认为具有国际领先水平。目前地质三维设计已应用到90多个项目中,包括水电项目和岩土项目。在地质三维设计推进的过程中,仍然存在着技术力量不足、正向设计推进困难、推广应用水平不高等问题。近期通过开发,实现了从野外采集到核准全流程信息化,基于岩土工程设计的需求,以三维地质模型为基础的岩土工程分析设计已初步完成系统搭建,部分模块已软件化,未来将真正实现岩土勘察、分析、设计流程一体化工作方式,在行业内具有前沿创新意义。 The engineering geology 3D design in Northwest Engineering Corporation has been developed for more than 10 years and has gone through 4 stages.It independently developed the geological 3D design platform ItasCAD based on the DSI underlying modeling engine and the"graphics+data"architecture.It was reviewed by the China Electric Power Planning and Design Association and concluded as international leading level.At present,geological 3D design has been applied to more than 90 projects,including hydropower projects and geotechnical projects.In the process of developing geological 3D design,there are still problems such as insufficient technical capacity,difficulty in advancing forward design,and low level of popularization and application.Recently,through development,the informatization of the entire process from field collection to approval has been realized.Based on the requirements of geotechnical engineering design,the geotechnical engineering analysis and design based on the three-dimensional geological model has been initially completed,and some modules have been softwareized.Realizing the integration of geotechnical investigation,analysis,and design processes has a cutting-edge innovation significance in the industry.
