韩国足球发展方式的历史转型与战略启示

The Historical Transformation and Strategic Enlightenment of the Development Mode of Korean Football

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对韩国足球发展历程和转型问题进行梳理研究。认为,韩国足球从反日载体的历史角色一路演化至今,经历了多重变迁,最终形成了当前融入国际的外向型足球发展战略。韩国足球的成功转型得益于:多部门合作形成了完善的青少年足球人才培养体系,强烈的民族独立意识和抗争精神形成了强大的足球能量,政治民主化进程中的足球改革为其足球发展转型奠定了基础。韩国足球发展方式转型对我国当前的足球改革也具有重要的启示意义,从构建多元化的人才培养体系、加速足球文化体系和外交体系建设、大力发展足球赛事经济、深化足球改革与健康中国的战略融合四个方面,为中国足球改革提供建议。

This paper studies the development process and transformation of Korean football by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.It is believed that Korean football has evolved from the historical role of Anti-Japanese carrier all the way up to now,and has experienced multiple changes,and finally formed the current development strategy of export-oriented football integrated into the international community.The successful transformation of Korean football is due to the formation of a perfect youth football talent training system through multi sector cooperation,and the strong sense of national independence and the spirit of resistance form a strong football energy.The football reform in the process of political democratization has laid a foundation for its football development and transformation.The transformation of South Korea’s football development mode is also of great significance to China’s current football reform from four aspects of building a diversified talent training system,accelerating the construction of football culture system and diplomatic system,vigorously developing football events economics,and deepening football reform and strategic integration of healthy China.
